Dr. Daphné Laurin-Landry holds a doctorate in research and intervention in psychology from the Université du Québec à Montreal (UQÀM, Canada) and a doctorate obtained in joint supervision in Sciences et Techniques des Activités Physiques et Sportives from Université Clermont Auvergne (UCA, France). She is a member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and Ordre des psychologues du Québec. She currently works at the Institut National du Sport du Québec (INS Québec) as a registered psychologist with athletes from Canada’s national summer and winter sports, Olympic and Paralympic sports as well as developing athletes. At INS Quebec, she also works as a mental performance consultant with the High Performance Para-swimming Center and is involved in projects with the Canadian Olympic Committee regarding athlete’s mental health. She also works as a registered psychologist at the sports medicine clinic of the Shriners Pediatric Hospital in Montreal. Finally, she does private consulting in sports psychology with Varsity student- athletes (eg Mcgill, École de technologie supérieure) and adolescent student-athletes enrolled in sports programs.
